Who is EcoInvest Hub for?

EcoInvest Hub is for people who want a more disciplined and informed approach to investing, trading, and risk management.

It suits retail investors and active traders who want to understand market structure, economic context, and portfolio risk — not chase tips. If you already think in terms of scenarios, position sizing, and risk-adjusted returns, you will feel at home.

What do I get in a one-to-one session?

A focused 45–60 minute discussion covering your market questions, risk management approach, portfolio thinking, and current economic context. Sessions are personalised to your situation and goals.

You can:

  • Bring specific positions to review
  • Ask about scenarios you are concerned about
  • Work through your overall strategy and risk budget
  • Discuss macro context affecting your holdings

What is included in the channel?

Ongoing market insight, current positions, economic data interpretation, and actionable context across equities, energy, gold, and macro events.

Updates are posted as conditions change — usually several times per week, and more during volatile periods. The cadence is driven by what the market is doing, not by a fixed schedule.

Is this portfolio management or financial advice?

No. EcoInvest Hub provides educational content and advisory discussion only. We are not a regulated financial advisor and we do not manage client portfolios or execute trades.

Account & Billing

Sign-in, payment, cancellation, and the things you can fix yourself.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no early-cancellation fee, no questions asked.

  1. Open your Stripe billing portal.
  2. Enter the email you used at checkout, then click Email me a link.
  3. Open the sign-in email from Stripe (check spam if you don't see it) and click the link.
  4. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Stripe will email a cancellation receipt.

If the Stripe sign-in email never arrives, double-check that the address you typed matches your original checkout email exactly, and look in your promotions / updates folders.

I didn't get my welcome email — what do I do?

Welcome emails arrive within about 30 seconds of payment. They come from noreply@ecoinvesthub.com with the subject "Welcome to Eco Portal — your sign-in details".

  1. Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders — that's the most common cause.
  2. Wait up to 5 minutes and refresh your inbox.
  3. Add noreply@ecoinvesthub.com to your contacts so future emails come through.
  4. You can also sign in directly at the portal login page using your account email and your last name (case-insensitive) — the welcome email isn't required to sign in.

I forgot my password or can't sign in.

Your password is your last name, exactly as you typed it at Stripe checkout. Matching is case-insensitive (so "Smith" and "smith" both work) — but hyphens, spaces, and special characters do matter.

If sign-in still fails:

  1. Try the most likely variant — most checkout forms accept your last name without a middle name.
  2. After 5 failed attempts from the same network, sign-in is temporarily blocked for one hour. Wait an hour or switch networks.
  3. Confirm your subscription is active by signing into your Stripe billing portal with your account email — if Stripe sends a sign-in link, your account exists and your password is whatever you typed at checkout.

Why does it say my account is already signed in on another device?

Each membership allows one laptop or desktop and one phone or tablet at a time. The first device of each type you sign in on becomes bound to your account — that is how we keep memberships from being shared with people who didn't pay.

If you try to sign in on a second laptop, or a second phone, you'll see this message instead of the portal.

If you genuinely changed devices (new laptop, replaced your phone, lost a device):

  1. Reply to your original Stripe receipt email, or write to akourosmehr@gmail.com, and ask us to reset your devices.
  2. We clear the old device binding within a few hours.
  3. Sign in normally from your new device — that login pins the new device.

How do I update my payment method or download invoices?

Both live in the same Stripe billing portal you use to cancel.

  1. Open your Stripe billing portal.
  2. Enter your account email and click the sign-in link Stripe emails you.
  3. Choose Update payment method to change card details, or Invoice history to download past invoices as PDFs.

You can add multiple cards or change the default payment method anytime. If a renewal fails, Stripe automatically retries over the next few days and emails you if all retries fail.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days, yearly subscriptions every 365 days. Stripe sends an invoice email before each renewal so there are no surprise charges.

To stop future renewals, cancel anytime (see "How do I cancel my subscription?" above). You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
